I was not expecting this hotel to be as in described at the website. It supposed to be a five star hotel. It start from the nice cosy lobby with the really friendly and professional front desk staff. The rooms are so clean and new. The bed are comfortable and the room has a great view. It has very new equipments gym centre. Also has an amazing swimming pool with a great outside view. The setting lounge on third floor is beautiful. The hotel has enough two floors car parking area. Also has meeting rooms and hall with business centre. Location is convenient too in Abha but you usually have to use a car for transporting.

Nice spacious rooms. Quiet and comfortable. Opened around June 2022 so still new when I visited. Staff are friendly and have passable English. Some construction for the new restaurants. Door latch doesn’t work.
About 150m from a larger shopping mall.
In room breakfast is cheaper than pre-ordered breakfast.

It's a brand new hotel, has everything you can imagine and the type of hotel that i would love to always stay in during my visits to Abha.
The service level is very high, the reception personnel are very friendly and their pool and gym are very well equipped.
