Braira Dammam Hotel

Great wedding haul. The organizer Nesreen did a marvelous job in creating a glamorous, aesthetically pleasing haul. Her fun light spirit and attention to details made the night.

Stayed at Braira Al Dammam for the first time and we were impressed how massive the room size was and the amenities were topnotch. I really love how abundant they were with their toiletries. The coffee corner with a proper coffee machine was splendid! They were very generous with the coffee supply. We arrived late at night and came so hungry so we just ordered room service. Food was great but they gave us mashed potatoes instead of rice that came with the seafood platter. We informed them and they sent rice without hassle.? Staff were very efficient and professional. I was impressed with the “his and her” bathrobes specified with their colours. The hotel corridors smelt so clean and fresh. The bathroom was so great with its privacy light.?? Breakfast was also amazing with fresh omelette or waffle by request. The only downside at breakfast buffet is the coffee that was not too strong. I will definitely stay again in any Braira Hotel in the Middle East.

Nice hotel, tasty food, clean rooms and public area. But unfortunately, front office staff were little bit aggressive and not welcoming at all I felt like I was obtrusive person. And for other staff like bell-boys and service team for the restaurant they were very shy and not engaging with the guest at all even if I greet them they will reply in very low and shy voice which made me feel uncomfortable. and for room service it was very very very slow that I had to go out of my room and take water from the nearest room boy by myself! and that goes for any other request I asked for. Over all rating: 5/10 and I will visit them again to check how much they respond to the guest comments.
