Boudl Gardenia Resort is located in the prime location with beautifully arranged rooms, dedicated parking area, swimming pool, supportive staff, supermarkets and restaurants around.

This is one of the worst experiences i have ever had. I booked 3 nights from 9 November to 12 November. Let's start with the issues found in the first night: 1- The rooms are not properly isolated, everything happening outside is sounded like it is inside the room. There is a backyard for children and they are screaming like they were with u. Whenever someone is moving anything in the nearby room or above u you will hear it very loud!! 2- I booked 2 bedrooms suite. The 2 bedrooms have one AC unit with one switch. What if i need cooler temperature than my other family members??? Do they have to suffer because of the design issue? 3- They have issues in the procurement and supply chain, i asked them for slippers and they told me, we don't have, the warehouse is empty and we tried to contact Riyadh HQ to supply slippers but they didn't. 4- The prayer mat had a bad smell and i asked for another 4 times until they provided a replacement. 5- lack of parking spaces at night. 6- The prices are higher than usual at this moment and above the reasonable price for such experience. They only good thing is the location. I advise everyone to read the 1 star review as almost all is complaining about the noise and disturbance. They commented down that they will resolve, but nobody even tried to call me or fix at least one of them.

The most worst service I ever had, especially from the front desk evening shift. They talk in a very bad way I ask for one pillow and they cant provide one.. I took 6 hours just to get a baby crib

The hotel staff are very accommodating and kind. They are very well in assisting our needs, hospitable and are very respectful. They even give us late checkout as our flight was in night time. And They gave free toys to the kids and has free tea and dates at the reception area. Our hotel room is clean and complete with all the things we need. I like also their kitchen area and kitchenwares. It feels like home. The pool area was kids friendly and the life guard was attentive. Over all it was very great and looking forward for our next vacation here in KSA and will definitely book here again.
