I made my reservation on booking early in the evening and I called the property to confirm my arrival to be expected after midnight.
The receptionist on the phone informed me that he will change the price by increasing 150% the cost of booking.
and 5 min after midnight he canceled my reservation.
I do not advise anyone to trust this hotel and to book in it.
The receptionist was talking in a blackmaling attitude with no respect. An opportunist culture in this hotel indeed.
I suppose these were the instruction of his managment.
I had to look at midnight for another place to stay.

The operator did not tell me to pay to keep the reservation so it is not a no show!!!
He immediatly move to rude pretensious attitude.
When I call before midnight
as ALL OTHER NON-OPPORTUNIST hotels
I expect that your operator would not choose to manually cancel the reservation.
(not an automatic action)
but only related to the ego of your representative: operator!
Instead of confirming the culture of defending your rude employee
Make sure it will not be repeted by him

The room is furnished as in complete like a home. It's comfortable room, cold AC and neat beddings.

Been in this hotel few times and the service they provided is always up to the mark. The place is on great location. Reception’s will treat you with kindness. The last time i checked in with them, i was outside during check out time (3pm) and i arrive at roughly 6 evening. After discussing them why i was late , they didn’t charged me for the excess time.

this hotel is not bad to stay...the room is clean and provide usual things like mini refrigerator, gas stove n mikrowave
