The hotel is very clean, the room was quite big, the smell was amazing, the bed very comfortable and the price very affordable. The staff very nice as usual with Saudi people! I recommend you to eat at steakhouse restaurant and take a wegyu beef steak! If I visit again this area, for sure I’ll go again to bay la sun.

Excellent experience with only caveat wasn’t able to get refund for early check out but it was my own mistake. Overall the staff is very welcoming and accommodating.

The best thing was view of my room..
Big hotel only one elevator ..
1 restaurant..
Refuse of delivery to come in or receive the order by the gentlemen to deliver to my room..
Best person I meet there Mr. Naushad, if I am not mistaken in spelling the name..
Big smile, great attitude..
I don't think I will revisit again...

I can say nice hotel and lovely stays.
There is some issues with the elevator which is only works and it is very slow.
I love the swimming pool which me and my kids enjoyed but it is in another building which is front of the hotel which it's weird.
Enough parking and maybe need to visit the area and the KAEC in the winter.
I think it's very expensive.
