The hotel is nice but unfortunately faced some bad experiences.
1- there was a worm in my salad at the breakfast buffet
2- as a women they didn’t allow me to use the gym. The women section of the gym is not suitable for my workout so i asked to go to the men’s gym for just 30 mins ( an empty one). Management wasn’t helpful and understanding at all.
So if you are someone who is serious about fitness and food. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Food is horrible.
Rooms are okay, not the cleanest..
Reservations “manager” Ahmad alsayed will lie to steal your money upon reservation, beware.
If you do not need to stay here, don’t.

The worst experience for holidays
1- only 2 elevators for 9 floors!!
2- they wrote about room views city view but you will see walls!!
3- waste your time waiting for the elevator!!
4- where is the elevator opposite to the emergency exit without warning signs!!
5- the staff amazing and they do their best to check in but you have to wait at least 2 hours!!
6- I booked by booking.com but I faced something wrong about the booking!!
The most beautiful thing their staff how was amazing and helpful guys.. thanks for everything guys?

I did not enjoy the stay, bathrooms are not clean. Only two lefts serve the 7+ floors hotel. And we booked and payed for connected room with sea view and they only have city view (deserted empty land with tent building!!!)
I will not come again
