Azade Hotel

Very nice and clean rooms, the breakfast view very calming but the choices in the breakfast food is a very little and doesn't change. Special thanks to Mr. Mustafa.

Rooms are good for the price and people are very helpful. Only downside was that windows does not look sound proof as the street noise sometimes distubs at night. Also you need buy your own drinking water.

Good location and very friendly staff. I turned up without any notice as I missed my connecting flight back home so ended up staying in Istanbul. My relatives had already checked in as they planned to stay at the hotel for a few days so when I arrived they managed to give me and my family a room for the night as nothing else was available. It would mean I would need to check out the next day but after my breakfast I checked at the reception and luckily for me 2 rooms freed up so I booked them immediately for the rest of my stay. I did not like the options available during breakfast but otherwise ideal location in the Sultan Ahmet area. Very close to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia Mosque as only around 5-10 mins walk away. Once again the staff were very accommodating at the reception and made me feel very welcome in Istanbul. I didn't have a planned stay but turned out to be a blessing in disguise as I had a very pleasant time once I settled in at the hotel and the kids loved the city. I would definitely stay at the hotel again due to the staff's welcoming and meeting my requests in a tricky situation. They also spoke good English which helped us a lot with the communication when we wanted information about what to do at the city and places to visit. Also the room service ladies were very friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work. :) I would definitely visit Istanbul again and would not hesitate at all to use this hotel in the future.

Very good location to stay in SultanAhmet. Close to tram and other public transport. Rooms are clean and tidy but still renovation is required
