Towel not replace daily automaticly.
Slow action upon request...need to remind a few times. Small dining area at M floor. The room is very small for 3 single beds. Furnitures are very old and out dated and need replacement. This hotel received a lot of visitors due to its good location near the Masjidil Haram (300 m) and very convenient to other aminities.

Pros: Very close to Haram, clean rooms, nice staff.
Cons: Rooms are very congested, no parking facility, mobile signals almost disconnected.
