At first glance, everything looks perfect.
But lacks maintenance. Most the bathrooms showers isn’t working or damaged.
The Pool glass is wobbly when you open it which isn’t safe at all.
When I brought the attention to showers ; no one even tried to fix it.
The quality of this place went down but not the price of it.
Other than that we had fun to the best of what we had

DO NOT RENT from this company. I agreed with them to rent a specific chalet that I had toured and was in good condition. I payed the full amount to hold the venue. When I arrived the day of the event, they refused to give me that specific chalet (they said their cleaning person was sick) and then made me choose between the other venues which were extremely damaged (see the photos). I asked for a partial refund to account for the issue and they refused - keep in mind, this took over an hour and a half and my guests were already arriving. I couldn’t be more disappointed by the quality of service and especially for the way they treated me as a customer. Trust me, there are much better venues for a better price.
