Bad hospitality from staff. Some rooms don’t have hot water, average room.

The reception staff is friendly. However the rooms themselves aren’t that clean. I found hair on my bed and also the bathroom shower handle broke in one try. The breakfast had extremely limited selection and everything looked old and stale. I think the prices are higher than the services they’re offering.

The location for the hotel is excellent. Prices are normal. The staff is extremely polite, respectful but has no idea about the sign "DO NOT DISTURB" given in rooms. They unfortunately cannot speak or understand English, neither my poor Arabic. I experienced total miscommunication on telephone conversations. The quarantine menu needs to be modified according to healthy eating standards, as eating huge portion of rice and chicken daily for lunch and dinner is totally unhealthy and boring. Also I would recommend to include fruit and yoghurt in the meals.
