Public restrooms are more maintained then this. Don't go with the pics, "It's an illusion". Definitely, you'll save some money but, it is horrible to stay in here.

These hotels belong to one company, unfortunately the owner doesn't seem that he really does not cares much cause he is not updating the furnutures, nor the kitchen wear, every thing seems really old and over used,
Nothing is modern in the unites, water pressure also weak, color of the curtains and Sofa and lights makes you feel uncomfortable...
But hay as they say You would get what you pay for... It's as simple as that...?

Furnished apartments with all the facilities anyone may look in a residential place. Home furniture, Air Conditioning, fully ready kitchen and bathroom. Just rent this place and start living without any trouble. It may be a little expensive then regular rented apartments.
