There are several offices where you can book dolphin watching tours. The tour is typically two-hour long and offers refreshments. Average cost is around 10 OMR per adult.
Free parking on site.
Highly recommended activity.

Visited there as a base for chartering a catamaran from Under the Heavens/Helm. Can't comment on the morning stuff, but it has toilets and showers, a small supermarket that has the basics and a great bar/restaurant. Fast, friendly service, card or cash. Personally recommend the beefsteak risotto with truffle - absolutely delicious!
