Breakfast is sufficient for a small family. There is very less variety of food in the buffet. Other than that, very good hotel. Clean rooms, spacious parking, kids playing area, gym and a good service.

Fair place to stay at. Gentle and polite receptionists are the best of all at that hotel. But there was some issues about the service. I reserved an entire studio for 11 days with a good kitchenware but the washing machine had no water supply and no drain and you should be careful while touching this washing machine so as not to electrocute yourself ( I got about 5 shocks ), otherwise my experience was not bad.

Despite only staying just one night at this hotel. We were greeted in our room with a disgustingly blocked toilet that was nearly over-flowing. However, this was sorted after us having to leave the hotel for 3 hours just after checking in.
On the other hand, the room was lovely and was very decent for the price. We had an amazing view and the hotel was in a great location. The view of the Tower Bridge was outstanding and much better at night.
The staff were very friendly and welcoming!
