タイフ市から約250km離れた、マッカ県のハラットキシュブ高原の西端に位置するアルワバの自然の驚異は、中空の構造と中央に不透明な湖がある、この種の自然の驚異です。深さ250メートル、直径2キロメートルで、MaqlaʿṬamiyyahとしてより有名です。
観光
Al-Wabhah Craterの底までのトレッキングは非常に困難でしたが、クレーターがいかに急で滑りやすいため、上り坂は2倍の困難でした。過去数年の間に、石垣、小道、入口道路の端にモスク、縁の周りにピクニック用の避難所を建設することで、観光客に優しい場所に変更されました。
底までトレッキング
表面が美しいので、本当の不思議はクレーターの底にあります。北のトレイルからクレーターに入ると、中央に美しいきらびやかな地殻を構成する白いリン酸ナトリウムの結晶が見えます。底までのトレッキングには約45〜50分かかりますが、この驚異的な自然の驚異の中心にどんどん深く入り込むので、毎秒それだけの価値があります。
この地域に雨が降ると、真珠のような湖に変わり、中央の縁にある緑の植生とともに、壮大な光景を作り出します。火口周辺の砂漠は不毛ですが、火口自体には美しいヤシの木や低木があります。くぼみの北端には、乾燥した溶岩原も見えます。

If you live in Saudi Arabia, you should come at least once to this wonderful place. Here you can practice a great meditation session and connect with nature. Great place for photography ?

Its a good view from up here.
Not that much crowded most of the time.
If anyone interested in some adventure take a walk to the down...its only like 2km in one way....and its worth it....

Truly amazing! I had heard to hold on to your little ones, but that must have been before they built some pavilions from the surrounding lava rocks. The pavilions are built on one side of the crater, with a wall in between them. It is very easy to bring your kids here without having to worry they are going to go over the edge.

One of the most amazing place in Saudi Arabia. It’s around 220+ kilometers away from the city of taif. 2:30 hours drive from taif. Good time to visit is early morning or late afternoon. Possible to hike down to the center. It took 1:30 minutes to go down and come back, so plan your timing accordingly if you have plans to hiking. Bring your own food and drinks because nothing available.

Wonderful moments we had there. Must go destination for those who loves adventures and trekking. Great challenge to reach the ground level of the Crater.
