Ward Restaurant, Riyadh front Branch.
Serving authentic Lebanese Cuisine, main dishes and mezza.
Atmosphere, interior and exterior decor are very attractive.
The food quality and tasty are excellent, portions are relatively fair comparing with prices.
However the service is very bad.
Staff is unfriendly, never attentive, you have to look for waiters or any staff to ask for any service or inquiry.
Fod serving was slow.
Their biggest issues was cleanliness and insects in the restaurant.
Many customers were complaining about insects and roaches and sone were leaving their tables, staff and manager or supervisor didn't seem ti care, the guests had to "deal with it" then after guest getting rid of them a staff will just come and swipe them off.
There was never any table visits performed by Staff or supervisors.
As much as we enjoyed the food taste, we hated the service and the atmosphere with such cleanliness.
