Ok… my first visit to Vega and unfortunately not a very good one.
Starting with the entrance which was very dark and extremely depressing.
The seating area was very nice and the atmosphere was quiet impressive.
In terms of food, we had the Vega signature pasta, the beef sliders and the pumpkin soup.
The pumpkin soup was mediocre. Missing a touch of black pepper but other than that it was good.
The beef sliders were delicious and I would recommend that to anyone visiting the restaurant.
On the other hand, the Vega signature pasta was a very bad choice. The pasta arrived extremely cold and we asked them to change the order with a freshly cooked dish. They returned the dish as is but this time it was microwaved and boiling hot. Not a thing that should be done in such a place.
The service was kind of slow and they took around 15 minutes to have someone to take our order. But once they did, they brought the food back to back as we did not even had the time to finish the appetizers.
