My visit to TSC Signature was a good one, personally. I loved the salads and the dynamite shrimp is the best I have ever tasted, as I have eaten it in many places all around the world. The mac and cheese balls were delicious but too cheesy to me. The group I went with tried the taco and chicken quesadilla and it was good according to their review. However, the taco should be specific by type of protein, because the order came with meat and chicken, while we wanted it all meat, but the waiter said he can't change the order to have it all meat. The stake and cheese sandwich was delicious but too small compared to every restaurant we have visited. Unfortunately we didn't get a chance to have desserts and coffee and I am hoping to try it in the near future.
Another thing to mention is how attentive and professional their staff, starting from the hostess at the gate, down to the cleaning guy. Plus their restrooms were sparkling clean.
