I recently dined at Outback today, and unfortunately, I had a negative experience. The food quality was subpar, particularly the shrimp, which was difficult to eat. Moreover, the manager was unhelpful when I raised my concerns, and even the chef refused to accommodate my request to change the plates. It seemed that they believed the issue was acceptable, disregarding the satisfaction of their customers. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend dining at Outback.

On the menu and pictures they advertise a nice juicy burger but as you can see this is the size you’ll be getting. 2 tiny pattys that you can barely see. Super disappointing. But it tasted good non the less if I were to be fair. Not worth the price.

We were a big group and all of us ordered the sandwich with the soup and salad bar. The soups (two kinds), salads and sandwiches are quite good as well as the fries, mashed and baked potato. The unique experience was the Black Rock cheese burger... The idea here is they serve you raw pattie with the buns and sandwich toppings on the side along with a hot metal/stone plate to cook the pattie yourself. The cooking experience is nice however they have failed to tell us that it's fatty and while cooking, given that the cooking plate is very hot, the fat drizzle flown everywhere on the table and worse on the clothing causing lots of stains. Obviously you cook it the way you like if you know what you're doing! After taking the order and delivering the food, the server never came back to check on us. The server was challenged to record the points for our loyalty card and took them very long time while we waited. As far as the dessert, we ordered the chocolate drizzle cake which was quite mouthful and tasteful and definitely worth to try.

They offered a free appetizer with a main entry at the website. No other conditions. Then they changed to only one per table. Fine split us in 2 tables. It is pathetic to see middle manager argue what it is not written on the website Food 2/5 Ordered their best sirloin Wagyu steak. It was hard and full of tendons. Definitely not a steak worth 286 Service 3/5 The waiters were nice but they can’t control the food Price 2/5. Expensive for the quality. Soft drinks for 18. Steak 286 In general come here for their salad bar and light stuff. Not the high end steaks.

Its 2 level restaurant . Car parking ?️ available but not enough specially in rush hours . Preparing orders took long time around 1.15 minutes ( it was Rush hour) . Soup bowl wasn't available we have to use cartoon cups instead of. Salad refilling was very late . Some of salads dishes kept empty without refilling until I left the restaurant . Nothing else other factors is similar to speak house ? ? standard
