The good: Location and Service, it's in the center of a large square with a lot of food and coffee choices accessible by foot.
The employees are polite and radiate positive energy.
I visited the spa and met Ronaldo the masseur. Tried the deep tissue massage and was very happy with the result. 5/5.
The bad: breakfast buffet was a little chaotic, lots of the food plates didn't have a tag so I had to guess what I'm getting.
Bathroom shower faucet leaks a bit of water, looks unprofessional and lacking maintenance. The hairdryer backside filter fell off on first touch and surprised me, it's broken, again, feels lacking.
I struggled to use phone service at all. Was super confused on what the sound means, is it ringing? Why is no one picking up? 🤣
The distance from the car parking to my room is a 15 minutes walk. Unfortunately I got the furthest room at the end of the hallway, I feel like there should've been a notification or a warning from the reception.
