I ordered the spicy deep fried poached egg on toast. I have had this at the Red Sea Mall location and it was delicious. However, this egg had a hard yolk, and it was so tough I had difficulty cutting it. The waiter told me that this was a result of the frying and that he would get two poached eggs. Great! I asked him to make sure the yolk was runny, and he assured me it would be as it would not be fried. 10 minutes later I got my 2 poached eggs, again both with hard yolks! The toast with avocado and salad was delicious, but the deep fried eggs were inedible and the poached were not cooked as I asked.

My first and last visit here and highly recommended not to order the lemon with mint it was the worst I've ever tasted and had it exchanged for a hot orange juice (had to borrow ice from another glass ?). The salad was tasty but everything else we ordered was just okay, not worth the hype my sister created. I don't know why I even bothered going here.. But yea some people might have a different experience so this was just me and my wife's day.. 2 stars because they let kids make their own pizza and for the salad..

Piatto used to have that authentic Italian atmosphere but with the new rejuvenations it kind of lost that, also the food was tasteless and lacked seasoning. Music was too load and mainstream, before they used to play dreamy Italian music. However the staff were really friendly. All around Piatto used to provide a better experience than the one I had last Friday.
