Food taste is good, but prices are Higher now. Dine in Service in this branch is poor. Delay in taking order and waiting time 25-30 mins to receive orders. Bread was dry and cold. We had to remind them multiple times for our items. They need to focus on service quality as well.

food is good, price is ok. service is very bad. the waiter served us our fries with no mayonnaise, no tissue, i still have to stand up myself to get it from the counter coz the waiter and waitress has hearing issues and eye problems that they are doing it on purpose ignoring me. and when the waitress served our order as if she was angry in putting it on our table. the waiter and waitress needs a LOT of training in customer service! and the AC is also hot. they also served our mayonnaise in a broken bowl as per the photo, all broken or chipped off plates or bowl should be discarded immediately!

Wonderful taste they just need to improve sitting area but food quality is perfect. I strongly recommend people to visit. Order BBQ platter with some shawarma and specially mix appetizer salad 45 SAR which is enough for 3 to 4 people approximately total food will cost you SAR200-250 for 4 people.

With over 7,000 reviews, I think the place speaks for itself. I’ve been visiting this affordable restaurant for a few years and will continue to dine here for years to come. Excellent service (shoutout to Omran), generous portions, and most importantly, delicious food.
