The furniture was old. The fridge was not working so they had to change it. The room phone was not working too so you have to use the bathroom phone to call the reception. They don't allow the delivery people to come to your room and they ask you come downstairs to pickup your food. Finally when about to leave I called the reception so they can send me a porter he said OK., few mins later he calls apologising and saying that he is not available now. So I had to go downstairs myself to take the luggage cart to my room.

The service and the room we're very disappointing. The furniture was old. The fridge was not working so they had to change it. It’s really bad experience with this Hotel starting from Check-in. Booked from agoda with Standard king ? but getting twin bed ? room without welcoming drinks as mentioned during booking but instead of Express check-in i got headache. Specially unwanted guest ??.
