Mix of good & bad. I had a pleasant experience with them until they had changed their policies with singles, now I have to wait outside without getting in for a takeout order from the patisserie! They should've came out with something else other than that to handle "THE NEW REGULATIONS". Moreover, some of the desserts still unavailable due to the lack of ingredients since months. I can't believe what a bad management can do...

The quality went down the floor, waiters are now rude and inexperienced who treat clients like beggars.
I've been a regular customer since 7 years, and I liked their coffee, Charlot Strawberry, and their Hallomi Sandwiches.
Now, I can't order the sandwiches with soft bread and sesame, take away cups melt in no time therefor the coffee leaks , and overpriced garbage for low quality service.
A promise I made to my self, I'm never coming back nor buying from them again.
