Extremely disappointing experience.
They check you in from corniche tower where the only reception is, but if your room is in the city tower, you'll have to walk ~ 4 minutes till the elevator that takes you to your room, no guidance, no signs, no bellman even was offering to serve. The walk includes a sliding escalator that is turned off so u have to walk up or down with your luggage (see photo)
The room is too smelly especially when AC is open.
Curtains controlled by a button, close them but they opened in the morning automatically and disturbed my sleep, happened in my colleague room as well.
Same as lights, they opened automatically and woke me up !
NO HOT WATER in sink or shower unless you open all water fully hot and wait for it around 15- 20 minutes!
Didn't try food except in breakfast and it was average, coffee was poor quality
NEVER COMING BACK
And I asked my travel agent to remove this hotel from our company list.
