The place which enjoys repelling customers starting with the question do you have a reservation? if yes you have one hour if not you either wait or leave. Free areas can be occupied with tables but filled with empty shelves and bags. A closed second floor for no reason. Today I have exceeded the one hour and the waiter came to kick me out. Respect comes first, you guys are too concerned with reservations where the application is not working properly, too concerned about the how much time the customer stays at your cafe which I have never seen anywhere. The manager doesn't even check on people or ask or greet or manage the place, he is there to see the reservations and move people like chess between waiting and chairs and out. Does expanding and customer retention require you to kick people when they exceed the holy hour? No.
I dont believe I will visit again.
