I would say that the place is below average. In term of games, the variety of games are limited not all are available in compare to Jeddah or Riyadh. In term of cleanliness, it was clean but the building is old so it looks bad. I’m not sure what the operating company is doing. It’s unfair for the children of Makkah to have this horrible place. The is an electric escalator which was out of service for a very very long time. It is an offensive to carry Chuck E Cheese universal name.
I would say that the staff was friendly, cooperative and welcoming and for them I gave the only the star. My heart is with them for their patience to work in this environment.
I would advice the operating company to learn from their siblings, the operating companies of Chuck E. Cheese in Riyadh & Sharqiyah and visit their branches to see the huge difference in quality & prices.
