We stayed here for 12 nights. The hotel duty manager was extremely helpful & professional (we didn't get her name). She upgraded us to a very nice room after few nights we stayed in the previous room due to the faulty facilities in the bathroom. Their team members are great. Great housekeeping service by the housekeeping team mates Muhammad Idris & Jashim. The room was clean, nice & tidy.
The only downside was the bridge was closed, and we had to walk up & downhill for each fard salah. Not recommended for elderly or with children as we had to walk by the roadside. Abit dangerous, and one has to be careful while walking up/downhill. Hope the bridge will be fixed soon.
Otherwise, the stay was excellent, and we truly enjoyed our 12 nights stay with the hotel. Thank you to the Sheraton hotel team! Insya'Allah, we will be back!
