I strongly don't recommend this restaurant even to my enemies!! Frankly, It was one of the worst dining experiences ever.
I went there with the family for a late lunch or an early dinner ( about 17:00 pm). The restaurant was a little busy however, the service was very bad upstairs where they call it (family section). The seats were not clean, not organized properly, and the waiter was always late.
We ordered mixed appetizers, mixed grills, Iskander meet, Iskander chicken, Tagen chicken, and cheese pie. For the drink, we ordered Ayran, which was so horrible (Turkish cuisine without perfect Ayran drink, dosent account as Turkish).
Generaly, the food was tasteless specially the iskandar meat was very bad and the chicken smells awful! For the mixed grill, only the beef kabab was okay, and by the way it was contain chicken wings, which is not common for mixed grill platter.
Honestly, I left the restaurant shocked. How it got 4 stars of 15K reviews!!
