بيت ورد هو مطعم لبناني يقع في شارع المدينة الجديد. يقدمون المأكولات اللبنانية النموذجية. معظمهم من الموظفين يتحدثون العربية مع القليل من الإنجليزية. يقع بيت ورد على طريق الملك عبد الله الفرعي بالقرب من النور مول.

Amazing food and wonderful service. Our server Mustafa was professional , courteous and made our family feel comfortable. The entire experience was far better than what we expected. Keep up the good work and kudos to Mustafa!

I was a big fan of the place but not anymore. Our experience today was awful starting of explaining the menu which extremely not was served to the table. Food took forever to be served, Almaghrib prayer was called and no dates neither glasses for water on the table i was running after the waiter to get our staff. Food served very cold NO drinks and dessert were served at all while the way out the waiter running after me to give me what were not served. I am sorry you really have zero knowledge how to operate the idea of iftar. Worst experience i paid 300 SR for 2 people while they did not deserve 50 SR for the bad experience. Will never recommend it to anyone and never visiting again.

Unfortunately, my recent visit left much to be desired. The food quality was consistently poor, and the service fell short of expectations. However, amidst the disappointment, Ahmad stood out as a beacon of excellence. Despite the challenges, he remained dedicated and provided exceptional service throughout. His hard work and professionalism were commendable. While I won't be returning to this establishment due to the consistent subpar experience, Ahmad's efforts deserve recognition.

After a ten-minute wait, I had to fetch them myself to break our fast. Additionally, the main dish arrived cold, and we had to remind the staff for soup after finishing our meal. We left early due to the unsatisfactory service and won't be returning or recommending it to anyone for iftar.
