يعد مطعم المروة من أفضل المطاعم لتناول العشاء. المطعم نظيف ومرتب. الأطباق مستوحاة من المأكولات العالمية - العديد من الخيارات لتناول الطعام والشراب. يقدمون البرياني والدجاج المقلي والسمك مع الصلصة والسلطات والعديد من الأشياء الأخرى لتناولها. لديهم حلويات مثل كعكة الفاكهة ، الجيلي ، البودينغ ، وأكثر من ذلك بكثير. منطقة الجلوس لطيفة ومريحة. مطعم المروة هو تجربة تناول طعام طوال اليوم. يقع المروة في صفوة رويال أوركيد في مكة المكرمة.

The great thing about this hotel is the location and access. Compared to most hotels in Clock tower, I prefer this hotel because no need to take elevator twice, just take elevator to the hotel lobby then take escalator to Masjidil Haram. Elevators were also plenty so no long waiting time during rush hour near praying time. Room was huge but kinda old and bit shady, however still quite clean. The staffs were so so, some of them are nice, but I asked for a bellboy during check-out but nobody's coming. The worst is the food, stayed for 4 nights I only had bfast/lunch/dinner for 2-3 times, most of times I prefer to buy outside.

This hotel is located right at the front of The Haram Mosque, easy and quick access for anyone who wants to visit Haram. There's also shopping center in 3 first floors under the hotel. Con: for 5 stars hotel, the cleanliness is a bit under my expectations. But maybe the amounts of peoples who stay here are too big to handle, especially at time for eating (bf, lunch, dinner) overwhelmed the waiters.

Location was brilliant, right in front of haram. There is a shopping mall below the hotel so you can do plenty of shopping there. I have no complaints about the room, we were gufted with a kaabah view and our room was extremely spacious and comfortable. The beds were generousky sized aswell.the bathroom was decent with a hairdryer aswell as a nice showers with good pressure. The only reason I am not giving it quite 5 stars is because of the breakfast. The quality of the breakfast was good but I would say the choices are limited. They do have 2 sections. Indonesian and continental. As a westerner from England we went to the continental section. The choices are limited but I do wish in the future they add more choices but the breakfast overall was decent. Overall Al Safwa Royale Orchid was a good hotel for our stay and I was satisfied alhamdulillah especially with my grandparents who are old , so the location was perfect for us.

Still gives 2 stars as it is really near to Masjidil Haram and extremely convenient to perform ibadah Food - the foods are quite badly prepared in term of taste and same types of food almost everyday Cleanliness - the housekeeper did not mop the floor properly. They just poured the detergent on the floor without mop it again with water. As an outcome, the floor was slippery and hazardous The others in term of getting more sugars, mineral waters were quite okay. The quite generous. But, cleanliness is still my priority when staying in the hotel.

Location this hotel so near with Masjidil Haram, but room facilities condition very bad and housekeeping service very slow i need to waiting iron & iron board almost more 3hour to their send to my room. Cleanliness and facilities in bathroom so moderate. Maybe management need to take serious about this matter cause this hotel is 5⭐. No matter u have full house capacity but u still need give best services as per rate hotel star. I don't want to touch about the food cause their repeating served same menu every time every day.
