Rooms don't have cooking range, the furniture is old. The washroom lights are blinking. The only reason to give it 2 star was because of the iftaar buffet.

The first checkin, receptionist was rude. 2nd checkin, as expected, extremely poor customer service. We arrived at 6:15pm and no one in the reception to assist us. Bell boy said the receptionist is eating. We waited for more than 30 min almost 1 hour! Very disappointing! Meals should be taken in the reception or else, work in shifts please! This is a hotel!

Went there for buffet breakfast. There were limited varieties, not much and food quality was just ok.
