Other than the very convenient location this hotel has nothing to offer. The management service needs a complete overhaul as THEY are reason that the service is atrocious.
Long waiting times for check-in, workers can be seen chatting instead of speeding up check-in. They took so long bringing our bags that we ended up getting them ourselves. The only hotel to ever refuse to hold our luggage past checkout. Very few toiletries provided, not even toothpaste or shampoo. Rooms did the job but weren't cleaned or serviced. We requested water that never came so ended up buying it from the mall attached. Lifts are always very busy.
Has so much potential but honestly it feels like it is the first day they opened and no-one knows what they are doing. You wouldn't think they have thousands of guests a year.
