The price of the room was good, the rooms were good but a little far from Masjid Al Nabawi

Nice and clean, but need more breakfast collection

The staff behavior is very impolite, especially the receptionist available in night shift, overall stay was good, breakfast was fresh. The breakfast starts at 7:30 we arrived at 8am, toast bread was finished and when my friend asked the person in buffet area for Toast bread he said it’s finished and upon complaining the receptionist he gave us.

Cheaper than any other hotels around Not close to haram like walking distance but location is easily accessible to important location Wonderful experience, excellent cleaning Staff is very nice Breakfast is very good Parking space is available in basement but outside parking space is well enough Nicely decorated and designed
