I wish I could rate it Zero.
The supervisor Nouf (I think this is her name). She is so so so rude, I asked for the housekeeping when I arrived, they were late that’s why I called the receptionist to ask for the housekeeping again and explained to her that I want him to wash the bathroom (bathtub). She sent the laundry instead. I told the laundry the I want to housekeeping to clean the bathroom, then called her again to explain again what I need and to tell her that the housekeeping is already late. She answered with cheap attitude. I asked her to let me ask to the front desk manager, she replied “I am the manager” in a rude way. This was on Friday August 12 afternoon. Instead of her comforting the guest (me), the guest (myself) was comforting her.
The room is smelling so bad. The drains’ smell are all over the place (executive suite, no 102).
Parking is mostly the basement. It needs 4x4 car to go out of it. This is not a joke, don’t try to go basement parking if you have small car. Have a look yourself first.
