Great location near the waterfront, clean, provides parking, friendly staff, great coffee shop and restaurant inside the hotel. I enjoyed my stay.

I decided to go to watch the champions league final. I was directed to the place which was nice by the swimming pool. I was a non resident and got told that I need to spend 100 sar. No problem with this although not that busy at all. I decided to order a club sandwich, and I left all of the sandwich due to the chicken being inedible. Not 5 star quality that I expect. And then when I asked for the bill they said my cup of tea was complimentary, makes me laugh. They will take money off but charge you full price for something that was terrible. Won’t ever return here 3 star at maximum Old dated.

Honestly I've enjoyed their open buffet they have different varieties of food and that will pleased everybody's.

I stayed at the hotel for two days and the service was poor. The pool was also poorly equipped with towels, robes, and the restroom was not well-maintained. The hotel lacks the services and amenities of a five-star establishment.
