cheap and simple. however there were many kids and it was noisy. fire alarm went on at midnight for no reason. no towel in my toilet. good price, that’s all. decent for one night.

Very neat and clean. Toilet have kept soap, shamboo, body lotion, hair heater ,toothbrush etc. Room have good cot, sofa,fridge,iron box,locker etc. Thank you for good housekeeping. I stayed here on 10 november 2022 Have swimming pools and bath tub

After paying 1,350 SAR for a 3-bedroom suite, the Egyptian receptionist said that our pet (which is inside a plastic cage) cannot go inside our room and has to stay in the elevator room located in the seventh floor. I asked him if that room is air-conditioned. He said yes. I know that he was lying because there is no such elevator machine rooms which are having air-conditioners. I told him to cancel and give back my money. He did not return my money and said blah-blah-blah. I said that there is no sign or poster saying that pets are not allowed in the hotel. He said it is the rule. I asked him, where is the rule written? There are no sign boards. So we stayed because he will not return my money. In the next morning, I was electrocuted by the electric oven in room 206 (split second only because I pulled my hands off quickly). That appliance is electrically grounded. I did not use the electric oven as I was just washing my hands in the kitchen sink and by chance touched it.
