Very good experience staying at Aqeeq hotel Madina. Close to the prayer area for ladies. The room service and response was excellent especially Mr. Tamer was very professional and quickly resolved the issue we reported regarding bedding to our satisfaction. Breakfast can be improved with more variety and quality of the items

During my recent stay at the Al Aqeeq Madinah Hotel, I had both positive and negative experiences. Firstly, the hotel's location was very convenient as it was located close to the Madina Al Munawarman Mosque and there were plenty of stores nearby. This made it easy for me to explore the area during my stay. The hotel's restaurant was also impressive, offering a variety of international food options and most of it was delicious. However, I was disappointed with the front staff of the restaurant. Despite having a package for three people, which included breakfast, lunch, and dinner, they kept mistaking the number of guests in my party. This happened every time we entered the restaurant (and we stayed there for 4 nights) which was frustrating. On the other hand, the hotel's lobby had a small Starbucks store, which was a nice touch. I particularly enjoyed the comfort of the hotel's beds. They were soft and comfortable, and I was able to fall asleep immediately upon lying down. The hotel's size was not too big, the elevator was small and not very effective. This caused a bit of inconvenience, especially during rush hour, as I had to wait a while for the elevator. The good: Great location. The staff (Masoud and Ismail) are really nice. We checked in early and checked out late without any problems. The bad: There was a window that didn’t close and brought in a lot of noise from the AC, but it was partially fixed in our second day. The furniture is outdated and wobbly in some cases. The elevators are too slow as they are overloaded. Sometimes I had to wait around 10 mins.

Marvellous Location with emotionally spiritual view of the Haram and Green Dome- especially sitting, everyday, in the Starbucks cafe, with amazing hospitality from Hakim. He really made the stay worth it. All The front desk were also excellent and always attended to our requests promptly.

Check in was a little disappointing as the staff were not at all welcoming. The rest of the stay was amazing. Cleaning staff and waiters were really great to deal with. It is very close to the haram. Breakfast, lunch and supper was really great. Amazing selection at the buffet. You will save a lot of time eating at the hotel instead of queuing at fast food restaurants or restaurants in the mall. The rooms were not exactly 5 star but on a whole a really awesome place. I would recommend this place and would stay here again.
