Some staff are helpful and knowledgable, some staff are not and they give the impression that this is just a job and they don't care about providing good customer service. We had issues with construction noise past midnight on one day in which it took several calls past midnight to stop the noise. We had the same issue during the daytime hours a day or tow later, and we didn't say anything until it was between 2-3pm where we asked for a quiet time for our older parents to take a nap and rest after suffering the whole morning- afternoon hours. It is important to have professional and well-trained and well-picked staff to represent any business or establishment. It is very difficult to get an answer for phone calls or WhatsApp messages, and the reception is empty many times when we went downstairs due to lack of answering phone calls.
