I just stayed here a few days ago, and the hotel was absolutely phenomenal. The rooms were gorgeous, so beautifully designed, and the service was immaculate. I was assisted especially by Rashed—consider yourself lucky if you come across him! Truly such a kind and helpful human. The building is so quiet, and the rooms are so comfortable. If you’re considering where to stay in Jeddah, whether it’s for a night or a few days, choose this! You won’t regret it. I was sad I could only stay for a bit, I wish I stayed longer! Plus: the breakfast selection is one of the best I’ve seen and the staff is so polite!

An excellent place to stay in Jeddah. Very modern, well equipped and clean rooms. All staff are very friendly and sopportive. Specially, a team responsible for making rooms caught my attention. Dennis- Manager Gajarath -Supervisor Prashanth- Attendant They were very friendly efficient. Inquired about guest’s well being and of any requirement. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a great accommodation which offer value for money!

Rooms are very beautiful and decorated with luxurious furniture, very pleasant atmosphere. I am happy to serve the staff of housekeeping department. I am especially pleased with Supervisor sajjad and his efficient team. Thanks everyone

Very nice hotel and the staff is warm and welcoming. The rooms are nice and have a fanatic spread of choice in the breakfast. Would like to highlight the bell boy MAHFOUZ, always carrying a smile and ready to help be it for getting a taxi or suggestions on places to eat nearby.

The hotel has quite spacious rooms with all needed appliances, the location is near to activate spots and they have recommended coffee shops just behind the hotel. The front desk team are helpful and kind, I suggest paying more attention to the house keeping team, while cleaning rooms they were chatting loudly, they also missed putting complementary water in my room.
