AVOID AT ANY COST. Dirty rooms, hotel staff can enter your room whenever they want without any explanation, terrible wifi. In some rooms it is impossible to sleep because of loud air conditioning, in others they don't work at all. Kitchen food is bad, they often bring not what you ordered or boiled in oil which is obviously old and over-used. When you order for 2 persons they ask for a "proof" that you are sharing the apartment, terrible management. You can also get a surprise roommate to your apartment at 5AM in the morning without any warning, on top of that the room can be not cleaned at all. Also, they killed this beautiful cat named Ginger, by placing him into a metal cage and leaving to him to starve, dumped somewhere. Ginger was getting all the documents for getting a new home, they knew it ant still got him killed. AVOID THIS PLACE. RIP GINGER.

Cooperative staff, good location and nice place to live with family. We spend great time there.

Worst hotel ever to stay in. I ordered food from room dining on 30 june rice, omelette and fruit slices i was given spoiled fruit slices, when complained to FnB manager I got response that he will escalate the matter to higher management. Today 1 july i orde6same food but was refused by FnB team along side chef arguing that we will not serve the food which is not in the menu as if the payment is done by chef itself. Although I have 5 course menu i still prefer to order less food from them keeping in mind that food they prepare is pathetic. Also complained about food multiple times during my stay. I would rate this hotel in minus if there was any such rating. I recommend not to book this hotel ever.

I am disappointed with the customer service I received during my recent stay at your hotel specifically in the last days. I was unawarely charged with higher price than the first night, and I have already spoken to the front desk, but he was unresponsive in addressing my concerns. please investigate this matter and promptly correct the billing errors.

17/3-This place is like an apartment with in out resident. I stayed here for a night at room 001. The receptionist smoothly and fast service. The room spacious with old tiles for bathroom + kitchen and big living room. Breakfast no rice, one choice for cornflakes only and a cold milk. Don't expect more... The door heavy and very loud when close. Even front room also ehem, ehem.
