Good location, parking available all time, friendly staff. Rooms are very good, but you can hear next room. The room where I stayed had the sink in the room not inside the toilet which for me wasn’t good idea.

This is absolutely a 5 star service and hospitality.. as it’s usually expected from Shada hotels, it feels home!

Beautiful rooms, great facilities, really good food and very friendly staff. The one issue is that their service is sometimes great and at other times simply doesn't follow through on the things you asked for. Not a deal breaker by any means, but a shame for such a lovely hotel. Will absolutely stay there again.

Everything is fine and good, from the bathroom, comfort of bedroom, food and drinks, to the hospitality. But there is something that is really annoying me from time to time and I wonder why they put it, the long decorated lamp that is swinging above the bed, you know sometimes you forget that it is above you and you hit it with your head. Thats what I really don’t like about this lamp. Everything else is very great.

A beautiful and very warm hotel with different personality and dazzling with the best details I enjoyed in my stay and the receptionists have a high spirit and service more than great.
