There is no hot tub rooms are basics and small there is no Telecom if you need anything you need to go downstairs ... No laundry service ? There's a small kitchen in the room with tea and coffee bags a boiler and a heater but no cooking pot ... Fast Internet though

Dirty walls und bed sheets, the clothes come dirty out of the laundry, defected water pipes of the sink, the air conditioner is very loud

Its relatively close to Kaaba. There is a road which directly leads to it. During the Hajj the rooms are only cleaned if you request them to and insist upon it. Many mosques in the direct neighbourhood. The staff doesn't speak English. Just Arabic and a bit Turkish.
