The location was not the issue it’s perfect walking distance to the masjid. However the hotel is not what I saw on the pictures. I was disgusted by the room and the bathroom. When asked if we can change rooms we were told a very harsh no. We had a very tiny room you could barely walk in the room when the suitcases were in. Not that we had loads of cases. The beds were not made everyday unless you asked them. However noticed that they don’t change the bed sheets they leave the same one on. The bathroom was filthy I had to hold my breath taking a shower in it. The water leaked everywhere and we had to put towels down. Again we had to ask for the towels and toilet roll every time. I wouldn’t recommend to family or friends. Next time I will be looking at other hotels even if it means I have to pay more. We had breakfast on the first day the man took 200 rials but we were not impressed with the selection. The most annoying part of the hotel was they had a cafe area but you were not allowed to sit in there if you have bought food from outside. I was hungry and tired that one day bought food and just wanted sit and eat it and they chucked me out of the area and told me I’m not allowed to eat food from outside. The cafe was closed not like they can sell anything. Couldn’t understand why. So I dragged my tired feet to my room and ate in the room. Which wasn’t ideal as I said it was very tiny and the entire room ended up smelly because of the food. A bit disappointing to be honest.

This hotel is not worth it! The room that we were given does not look like the pictures. The bathroom was dirty. The shower leaked into the room! We were told that there were no other rooms available. We were ready to leave the night we came! But there was nothing else available in city. What makes things worse is that our friends had the same experience in their room. Cleaning service was horrible unless they were told what to do. The only thing it had going for it was location.

I had an unpleasant experience during my stay. Upon checking in, the room was not clean, especially the bathroom. The air duct was very dirty and very inconvenient with my allergies. The carpet was dusty. The room cleaning was not done properly. The breakfast was not good. This is a 4 star hotel and it was the most expensive one out of the 3 that I've booked during my stay for umrah. The others were 5 stars and we're much cheaper and very much enjoyable to stay in.

This hotel is not worth the 4-stars. Rooms are very dated, not clean and dusty. The bath room is worse, there is mold everywhere, it smells, and not clean. We got ill due these circumstances. This really is a health hazard. We eventually got a different room that was a bit cleaner, but still not to a 4-star comfort. Not worth the money. The hotel is extremely noisy, and not good isolated. People talking in others rooms and hallway can be heard. Even the staff talks very loudly, which is annoying when your kids are sleeping. The rooms are not cleaned everyday. You need to repeatedly ask to do so. The only good thing is that the hotel is at walking distance of the mosque (10min) entrance at gate 328. But there a many hotels that are nearer to the mosque. There are shops and supermarkets at walking distance.

The bathrooms are hostel style. The shower is simply a hand shower mounted on the wall and a shower curtain. There is no bath tub or any division between shower and rest of bathroom. The rooms are extremely small. The service was terrible. We used to beg them to come to clean the room daily. Even when they did come to clean, room was not cleaned properly so eventually towards the end of our stay we just asked them to replace the toilet rolls and drinking water and not clean because it was the same whether they cleaned or did not clean. If you stay here keep your original towel that you used and hang it to dry because they do not replace towels like normal hotel standard. If they take your towels to clean they may not replace it or only replace it with hand towels as they were out of stock of bath towels. Location was not bad at all. About 800m to closest entrance of Haram. Easy walk, no hills. They need to improve the service here at this hotel.
