Stayed here on numerous occasions last year this my first trip back this year. Check in and out process the slowest of any hotel I’ve stayed in. Fridge in the room doesn’t work shower leaks water everywhere and carpet in the room in desperate need of a clean and not just a quick hoover. The only positive being the staff are very polite and friendly

The service quality of this hotel is very good. The room condition is very nice. I believe that anyone who comes to this hotel will want to come for a second time. The room boy and laundry boy of this hotel are very nice. The reception staff and restaurant staff are very nice. Radisson all team

Really happy with Laundry service . Great service.Really friendly and helpful Mr.(Apu) like our regular guy Apu Always cheerful. My main use is towels and bedding but also good for extra laundry especially at this time of year. Efficient service. Very reliable. Would highly recommend. and also Thanks Housekeeping very good service. Good housekeeping and understand what customers need. Doing services on time

Room cleaning very nice from Al amin. Other services also very good. During my stay at the hotel, I had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional room services provided by Raj. From the moment I checked in until the day of my departure, Raj ensured that every aspect of my stay was comfortable and convenient.

The hotel itself is at a location surrounded by industrial businesses so finding quality things at a walking distance is a little tricky. However, there is a restaurant on site, a little pricey, but breakfast option is good. It’s is serviced by bunch of hardworking guys. Extra load of work for them during Ramadan so go early and not 5 minutes before it is about to close. Room service is available as well. For odd days, McDonalds is at 2 minutes walking distance. Housekeeping is excellent. There isn’t water or ice dispenser at floor levels. Either, you walk to the restaurant or ask for things and they will bring it to you. Ibrahim and Haseeb are hard working and well behaved service providers who took good care during my stay.
