Low rating hotel in general Overpriced hotel compared to its condition. The hotel looks like never maintained before. The is a scrap yard in front of the hotel parking area to collect scrap + old and dilapidated hotel equipments. The reception area looks great ?? and has a small coffee shop ☕️ The rooms are small compared to other radisson blu hotels . The baked goods on the breakfast wasn’t fresh. The eggs cooked just right were very good. The outdoor area was Not up to the required level. Need to be serviced and maintained. The pool area is damaged and needs urgent repair. The play area near the beach is worn out and not safe for children to play. Advise .. don’t waste your money and Enjoy your money elsewhere with your family.

The service is average, we requested hard billows according to the pamphlet; however they informed us they didn’t have any. Location is a bit far from markets ; but it is a quite place, and private for the resort residents. Rooms are not up to the expectations when it comes to cleanliness, as there were stains on the bed sheets, sofa, and water boiler was not clean as well. The beach side requires at least basic attention, as residents throw trash on the beach and the hotel doesn’t even care to clean that up. In summary the place has potential but it requires some attention from the hotel management. If they would raise their standards it would be a great place for vacation.

Relaxing resort for stay cation. Location is little bit far from town so carry the essentials. They have a small private beach, however large and clean public beaches are neaeby. Staff is very cooperative and friendly. Breakfast buffet is fine. Value for money. Swimming pool is also good for adults as well as kids. Place has several activities for kids.

I regret staying at this establishment. I can definitely say I didn't get my money's worth out of this stay. There were times when you said Radisson Blu, it would've meant something, but unfortunately seems that this all changed. What I will include my list below is just what I can remember: 1- breakfast is not up to standards. 2- chalet cleanliness is below average 3- TVs didn't work in any of the rooms 4- pool cleanliness is below average 5- beach service is not available 6- beach is not clean 7- room service takes ages to deliver requests 8- beach or pool towels are a joke. A small handkerchief would be considered larger. And the list goes on and on... In a nut shell, I would not recommend staying at this resort. Thank you.

Very poor risedents care. Rude staff and very messy beach. I highly do not recommend staying at it, as I think other customers who tried other respected hotels internationally agree with this. The beach is 600m away from the hotel, golf carts service is very poor and takes ages to be delivered. The staff's a very attitude and are unwilling to help, 90% them, literally 90% of them. For further details needed for the hotel's I have the names needed for them to take action. Enough is enough, let us take a stand against those people who are distorting Saudi's tourism real beautiful image.
