As soon as I walked in I was welcomed with an upgrade to my room, I was given early check-in and late check-out and the employees took great care of me during my stay. The staff at this property are all great! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. I'd like to thank especially Bassam AlThubaiti, the front office manager, he made sure I was comfortable during my entire stay and helped me whenever I needed anything. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make my stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jeddah. Thank you! I will recommend to my colleagues!

Excellent business hotel with friendly staff, good breakfast buffet and large rooms. Very nice shower and bathroom in business class rooms. Quiet and well located but no views.

Came for a short break, we had a wonderful stay. The hotel is beautiful with wonderful architecture and themes throughout. The staff were excellent, a special thanks to Hasan and his staff at breakfast who very attentive and gave wonderful service with a smile. The rooms are huge, well laid out and very comfortable with a balcony. Location was excellent, definitely recommended

An excellent experience, one of the best I’ve had in a while. From the entrance you will be greeted with a sweet refreshing scent. The reception staff were amazing. Special thanks to Ms. Alena for making our stay an exceptional one! The room was great and spacious. The team were very helpful and accommodated all our needs. The amenities were great and enjoyable. The breakfast was that of an international standard. Many thanks to all the team there for the wonderful experience

Radisson Blu Hotel, Jeddah Al Salam is a good hotel and well decorated and furnished. I visited this hotel in the mid of June, 2022. They have 1 refined restaurant named as The Ladder which serves International cuisine and it is open to public and have open buffet for breakfast, Lunch and dinner and also have one cafe named as THe Ladder cafe and it is also open to public. Radisson Blu Hotel, Jeddah Al Salam have an out door swimming pool only for the men. They have a business lounge which serves snacks between 5PM to 9 PM.
