I am a regular customer and I find this as a convenient option with friendly front desk officers, timely check-ins, and checkouts. This time I noticed a major change. Usually, the furnished apartments carry ample amenities for two, including water, bathroom stuff, etc. with daily refill and cleaning of the rooms. This time I found the quantities of amenities, were half like one small soap, shampoo, toothbrush, etc The rooms were cleaned twice during the 5-night stay. I assume there is a kind of cost-cutting.
Moreover, upon cleaning the staff took my personal belongings including my hands-free, mobile charger, and other petty stuff such as a comb. Upon complaint, I was informed that the staff would bring it back on the following day. The next day I was informed that the staff was on leave, yet I received my hands-free and comb, while the charger was with the staff who was off that day and ultimately I had to check out without this. This was an unexpected change I faced.
