Platinum Suites Hotel Apartments

I enjoyed our stay at Platinum seventy. It was very neat and clean. Very beautifully decorated. Near to all necessary amenities. Excellent location. Staff is very good and helpful. I will definitely stay here again.

Good breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms, great service and great location. Many Pakistani restaurants are at on just 2 minutes walk.

Stayed here for 4 nights in Jeddah. It is located close to the airport around a 15 minute drive. We were booked into the Royal Suite which was nice and had amazing city views. It was also spacious in size also. Some minus points the jacuzzi did mot work and the bathroom there did not have a shower. The other toilets and shower were very small. Room service could have been a little better as always had to call to ask for towels etc. There is shops close by and some nice authentic Pakistani restaurants so this was a plus point indeed. I would stay again if i had a couple of days stop over if it was any more than this then would look to maybe stay somewhere different.

I am a regular customer and I find this as a convenient option with friendly front desk officers, timely check-ins, and checkouts. This time I noticed a major change. Usually, the furnished apartments carry ample amenities for two, including water, bathroom stuff, etc. with daily refill and cleaning of the rooms. This time I found the quantities of amenities, were half like one small soap, shampoo, toothbrush, etc The rooms were cleaned twice during the 5-night stay. I assume there is a kind of cost-cutting. Moreover, upon cleaning the staff took my personal belongings including my hands-free, mobile charger, and other petty stuff such as a comb. Upon complaint, I was informed that the staff would bring it back on the following day. The next day I was informed that the staff was on leave, yet I received my hands-free and comb, while the charger was with the staff who was off that day and ultimately I had to check out without this. This was an unexpected change I faced.

This time the service levels dropped compared to my last visit. Despite complaining of smoking issue in rooms, it kept repeating and the laundry guys insisting on cash while advaied to add to hotel bill. The house keeping guy makes the room and forgets to put towels , toiletries. I stayed 5 days and day In day out we need to keep telling the same.
