It was freezing. The lady from the apartment was rude and she did not wanted to increase the heat. She was acting very strange and because one could not actually stay there we left. Very very strange and unprofessional. Also, the apartment was kind of dirty and there was mold on the Ceiling.

Very beautiful and elegant beyond description, cleanliness and attention in all aspects. There are only two things that are not nice, the high price and the lack of services.

Think twice before booking an apartment with Perfect Stay! I just had my booking cancelled by the host. Why? Because they don't know how tot use airbnb software and they overbooked the apartament. So now I need to wait several days for a refund from airbnb for an excursion paid 3 month ago. Thanks Perfect Stay for your 2 weeks notice!
