OYO 416 Bonais Hotel

Rooms are not as clean as shown in photos. Need some renovation

This is absolutely the worst hotel I have ever been to. I booked a standard studio through Expedia. The pictures in Expedia looked much better than the actual room. The room they offer me was much smaller than the one in the picture. The room did not have windows. The bed was small and looked dirty. The TV was old and extremely small. The room and the bathroom room looked very dirty. I went back to the receptionist and told him about the difference. He told me that he cannot offer me the room in the picture but I can cancel and get a full refund. I told him that I cannot cancel it from my side since by booking was non refundable. He told me that I could leave and he will take care of it. Here I am one week later without any communication or refund. Summary of reasons that make it the worst ever. - No parking - Dirty rooms - Rooms do not match the pictures on Expedia - Untrained staff - very old furnature/ elevator/ electrical equipment - promising refund and not fulfilling their promises.

One of the worst place you can stay in, and no f parking lot!! This hotel is a mistake. It’s not the same as it shows in the booking!!

Had to book this since there were no other hotels online and had no patience to search at late night with family and kids.. given Saudi national day.. all others were booked. Staff was kind, but they were also in helpless state since the owner of the building or hotel is not interested in renovation. It looks like a more than 100 years old building for sure.. only book if you are not left with any other option. I will definitely not visit this again.. better stay at any friends or in masjid or in own car if solo than wasting money here..
